Unlimited use of ordinary car reserved seat on Hokuriku Shinkansen (Tokyo to Kanazawa), limited express, and local (including rapid service) trains (non-reserved seat on “HARUKA”) and all Tokyo Monorail lines within the free usage area.

The pass can be used for traveling between Kanazawa and Tsubata on the IR Ishikawa Railway, but not to stations between these stations.The pass can also be used for traveling between Kanazawa and Tsubata on IR Ishikawa Railway limited express trains.
The pass can be used for traveling between Takaoka and Toyama on the Ainokaze Toyama Railway, but not to stations between these stations. Liner train fare is required for rapid service on Ainokaze Toyama Railway’s “Ainokaze Liner”.

A rail pass user must be holding a passport issued by a foreign government.
A rail pass user must be entering in Japan as a “Temporary Visitor”. Residents of Japan, including those with permanent residence abroad, are not eligible for the pass.
After entering in Japan, present the MCO with a passport at exchange locations, fill out an application with necessary details, and exchange for Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass.
Child fare will apply to 6 – 11 years old.
Child below 6 years old will be free of charge and sharing seat with adult.
